SIGNAL Earth

A public knowledge commons for damage to the biosphere

SIGNAL Earth is a not-for-profit, non-governmental initiative developing shared public infrastructure to make damage to the biosphere easier to see, understand, inspect, challenge, and revise over time.

A working beta platform now exists and is being shared selectively with scientists, domain experts, and institutional reviewers.

The project is currently in early scientific outreach, with centers of activity in Switzerland and the San Francisco Bay Area.

SIGNAL Earth is not yet publicly launched. The current phase is focused on critique, review, and identifying the right early scientific contributors before broader exposure.
